8 Hour In-Depth Childbirth Course- $300
This class will meet 2-4 times (depending on your schedule). We will cover everything you and your partner need to know to feel prepared for your birth. Your tuition includes your very own Course Journal that is filled with resources, AND you also get access to Prepared Feeding. This online breastfeeding course is taught by an IBCLC and will set you up for success in your breastfeeding journey. Topics covered in my course range from the physiology of birth, the stages of labor, meditating, comfort measures for labor, and education on inductions and other medical interventions…and much more! Since my classes are currently private, taught in your home, I tailor the class to your desires for birth. I provide a birth preferences template and can help you build your specific birth plan.

4 Hour Mini Birth Course for 2nd + Time Moms - $150
This class will meet 1-2 times (depending on your schedule). This is a great course for a 2nd+ time mom. This course can be tailored to in or out of hospital birth. We will cover the holistic stages of labor, coping with the sensations of labor, preparing your mind and birth space, plus we will practice hands-on comfort techniques for labor. We will discuss the pros/cons of the possible interventions in labor. I will provide a template to help you build your specific birth plan.
Currently, my in-person childbirth classes are private classes that are taught in your home. I find this works better as the information we discuss can be tailored to your specific birthing desires. If you have another couple who wants to take the class with you, we can workout a discounted rate.
